As the COVID-19 Pandemic rages on, The Health and Wellness Program is implementing outreach activities to provide support to its community members

The Program conducts regular educational and preventive activities to ensure that to enhance healthy living amongst its members

Knowledge and Access

Mental health remains a big challenge for minorities and as such the Program has embarking on a campaign to increase awareness and access to mental health for its community.

Family Fun Day

On September 4th, 2021, MSA held a Family Fun Day at Lake Sammamish, King County, where members participated in a variety of games. Participants included Malawians, Zambians as wellas other Washingtonians present at the park who all came to join in the fun. The event was made possible with funding from The Seattle Foundation.
